i bought the swap here in phoenix, a new shop called XRS Innovations, they used to be in Hawaii. I got the swap for $2200 and they are going to deliver to my house. this is gonna be my first engine swap and I always wanted to do something like this on my own plus I have more than enough space at my crib, and I have my basic hand tools. I just need to get a engine lift.

Cool man. Good luck with everything. Dont install the engine till EVERYTHING else is ready to go. Just a word of advice. Get the engine completely gone thru and the truck as well before installing the motor. Ill be glad to help you so just let us know and we'll do what we can.

I used chassis tech 2in. drop spindles in front and cranked torsions and the rear monoleafed on coilsprings wit 3in. Belltech blocks, also 40 series tires make it sit lower compared to b.s stocks. Im keepin the rear bumper I like it differ than everyone else plus mine was from a Sr5 V6 which are rare and hard to find.

Great project! Are you going to go single, or keep the twins? I'm pretty sure I have a spare set of the 2nd gen hard piping if you are keeping the twins. Do you plan on getting a mid/rear sump pan, or are you going to try to keep the front sump?
