initial idea was to take some sheet of whatever material, trace around the speaker and cut to size, bolt speaker to it, and bolt sheet to the truck.

    ^^ really? lol

The custom labels on the steering wheel controls are my favorite! I don't care what you do to your truck, please please leave that the same!!

The kicker is that I never use those buttons 98% of the time I drive
I actually like my steering wheel (for now). So that's gunna stay :D

come and help me bang out my inner fender well and maybe we can go lower up front :D

and i really cant go any lower in the rear because i dont wanna slap the frame on every bump :runaway:

its not too tough to hammer the inners. shorter tires would help alot with clearance. something in the 23.5-24" height area fits nicely and looks good. rears the same or slightly taller. you could get alot lower. just hammer everything that looks like it will hit. and then what rubs raw gets hit more. then throw a little black paint inside, and if more spots rub raw you hit those too til it stops making shiny spots. come on...i didnt learn this method by having sidewalls below my fenders. haha. i learned it being nearly up to the balance weights. lol

it must get dirty in there quick.
I drive my truck through everything (water yes).

Plans in the short run is to do the battery/ intake swap. Need to learn how to delete EGR on the 22RE (hopefully no codes and stuff).
give the valves a good adjustment and check.

I may paint my valve cover

trim the rear bumpstops to its barely a centimeter or so, and pull a rear leaf (maybe)

I'm satisfied with my current drop. I just need some alloys to finish the stance and give it some flushness. this horizontal gap is killing me big time.

paint my truck professionally. deep satin red with gold flakes.

    paint all chrome black

I may give the 4runner valance a second shot this year.

temporarily repaint my front bumper red again since its showing black.

I need to remove and reinstall my bed (spacers in wrong places, bedsides is buckling)

Anyway, that's just some of the stuff i need to do for now.

Let's split my post right here. ^^^^ Realistic. Everything after this line is "a possibility"

Performance wise, I probably wont get to do until i make a ****load more cash...

    aiming for the 4.3L 3UZ Lexus/ Toyota V8 32V Quad Cams.

Thing pushed the heavy GS430 to 60mph in 5 seconds.

3UZ bored out to 4.5L with some head work, turbo'd, and hopefully mate it to a 6 spd.

rear end I'll aim for a IRS with LSD

up front, some stronger arms with mk3 supra front spindles (larger brakes and drop). Coilovers also. imagine a mk3 Big Brake Upgrade :D

End product is to have a high performance vehicle that can perform well at the roadcourse, highway, dragstrip, anywhere. and still have a bed that has utilizable space.

and then find a lexus badge to put on my grille :D

I'm estimating a 4-3" up front and 3" in the rear.

I just know that I did the b/j flip, and cranked the torsions down until it's slightly resting on the bumpstops up front so the nuts and stuff on the inner fender dont rip up my tires.

Yeah, I've got a 2/3 drop. I wanna go lower til I bag it, but it already sits close to the bump stops in back.

Yeah Dave, my first concern with the 3" drop was the ride quality. It sucked because any bump and it just jumps from smacking the bumpstops.

If you have the time, just spray some pb blaster on the bolts of the bumpstops, then whenever you can, take off the bumpstops. Trim it down by a half or even more to regain some of your lost "travel/ clearance".

I think that's one of the things people always forget to do when they lower.

Currently my rear ride is doing fine. the front makes big bumps feel epic, but ya know, i've been driving my truck for so long its nothing.

Just dont grind the nut completely off.

See if you can just relocate some things then itl be easier to bash it out

and i keep saying it. you gotta ditch those tall tires. steelies are cool, but your diameter is too large. youll be able to go lower if you run shorter tires. plus, they lower the truck too. so a 195/65/14 will drop you about an 1-1/8" and if you bring the tire to the same point in comparison to the body, thats another inch. so 2" drop with the same tire clearance. i know that you can get it lower than its at now.

the nuts, i may use my cut off disc to try and "trim" those nuts down and attempt to "round them" so whenever i bump, it wont eat tread.

how big is your guys' BFH? I think mine is.. insufficient

I took my antenna off. I still dont know if i wanna trim it all the way down to a stub or just keep 1/4th of it.

I found my cubby panels and i traced out a cardboard template. I'll trasnfer it to metal later and cut it out. this is to make some "emplacements" or whatever you call it, for my 6x9's.

then i need to find out how many damn vacuum lines i can tuck under the intake manifold's chamber

so much i need to say....

and that ATF needs to be changed one day.

i agree with you on the ATF. i hate that big box. for the intake, my friend said that autozone sells a plate to put a cone filter on the ATF. sounds pretty good too
