The truck was used on a ranch in Oregon before it was acquired as a non-running project. Subsequent work to bring it to running condition included servicing the brakes and installing a Weber carburetor, a replacement exhaust system, fuel lines, wheel cylinders, new battery, new alternator. distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, driveline has new bearings and has been balanced, new fuel lines were installed. All wiring brought back to stock and all gauges work!!!!!! (Except for temp, aftermarket temp gauge installed under dash!!!!!)I have records beginning in 2017, spare parts, and a clean Washington title.
The 1.9L 3R-B inline-four has been fitted with a Weber 32/36 DGV carburetor and is linked with a four-speed column-shift manual.

This is Toyota’s first import to the USA. Only 4000 sold and most have since found their way to the crusher. F45087B1-A57F-4B61-99E2-D93DACD80511.jpeg 48D73E69-8D80-44CD-A558-7A18DCA392F9.jpeg

Nice rig. I'm confused by it being the first toyota import in America. Toyopet was in America first in the 50's then the land cruiser.

    Thanks........ well it depends.

how far along is your project? What do you need? I can pass on some places that helped source parts.

a lot of stuff came from Australia as they still have plenty of stouts there.

some shit I had to completely rebuild.

anyways let me know how I can help you and I’ll try my best my good man

looks like you need EVERYTHING short of a body and frame.
Electrical, buy yourself an aftermarket harness and wire it up, not as hard as you think.

Brake lines, buy the tubing and fitting off amazon, i think i paid less than $50 when i redid all of mine.

hardware, go to the junkyard and take as much as you can from a newer truck or better yet, grab a thread pitch gauge and make not of everything you may need and buy it new, theres some real nice zinc plated bolts out there.

rockauto may have all the repair parts you need

    Thank you!

I just forwarded the list over to shade since I totally owed him a response. Most of the items should be doable but there are some where I’m sure we’ll have to make or figure out how to use an older trucks.

But good recommendation, I’m gonna have to see if I can find old trucks out here at the pick your parts and grab them.

    Thanks again
