I’m pretty new to this whole thing. I’m reading a few books about how engines work, but each morning it takes 5-10 minutes of Erving engine at low rpms to get the engine to idle before I can actually drive it (1967 stout). From what I can tell it’s stock. What is wrong carburetor??
Yea, I noticed all the choke pulls in the car don’t actually modulate anything. Would this be the case on a warm day too? I typically have to hit the carb with some spray to get it started
Side note, you can try messing with the idle mixture screw to find a mixture that makes it easier to stay running when cold
