Slick bike! Props on the indoor storage, I always planned the same.

I have a factory dash panel that goes under the center heater vent an holds 2 2" gauges. It's tan. Let me know if ya want it. Cover shipping and its yours.

And good idea foaming the flapper doors and stuff to make if direct to where it should. Makes me wanna fix my heater. Just needs a 195 thermostat instead of the 180. I have a huge aluminum radiator and its over cooling in the cold temps lol

Thanks! I love it, it's my first bike.

I thought that looked pretty empty. I'll have to google some images see what it looks like but yea I would be interested.

Yea works perfect only thing was it was leaking after I installed everything so I had to rip everything back out and found it it was just because I didnt tighten the clamp that connect to the heater core :verdict_in: Definitely worth ripping out though to do so. Only thing I would do different is actually make sure all the old foam is off with a grinder or sand paper maybe a solvent. All I did was rub most of it off and peel but the foam still sticks.

Update: Forgot to tighten clamp that connects heater core to pipe had to rip it back out and tighten it. Removed the smog pumped and got to use my bed for the second time. First being picking up firewood and today used to move my mothers dining table. here are some pictures. Sorry about my engine baby cleanliness is definitely not a priority of mine right now  Got to drive a friends Silverado too. Makes me want a tundra

Alright, long week and woman problems :looney: But I have done the emissions delete. Smog pump, air injection manifold, pair/reed valve whatever it is, plugged off the EGR. I just received the block off plates yesterday, I will put those on tomorrow. I replaced the vaccum hoses. I haven't decided if I'm going to remove the charcoal canister yet. I might just take it out and unclog it. Only vacuum hoses I have is to the vacuum advance and charcoal canister. I'll remove the egr tomorrow night and try and detail the bay with the help of a six pack and I'll post pictures!

Btw if you havent already delete your emissions.. do it!! The truck runs a lot smoother now. :waytogo::waytogo:

Been a awhile. Haven't really done much except kept it running. Did a tune up and oil change. Need to get my moto finished and then I'll start working on this again. Can't wait to start working on it. Seems like these truck never stop running.

This truck has been a struggle but as it sits. It now has a 20r with a weber 32/36 and a 5 speed. Surviving in this freezing midwest weather.
