Bagging 88 toyota single cab..soon to be DD

    i bought this 88 toyota back in june 2011. after i graduated from Basic Training. got stationed at Travis AFB. so on the long drive to Cali i decided i wanted to make it a pre runner....so i bought the front long travel suspension ...on the way back from getting it the motor blew....
    this is what i ended up after all that mess.

    so after all that..i posted the suspension up for sale, two months later someone bought it so i ordered Cando Uppers, Lowers, drop spindles, bag brackets, and bags. pics coming soon....pulling old suspension off tomorrow will post pics to prove it haha

    yea..i have to do some work on it tho...its like 12:1 compression so thats not very good for daily driving

    You'll like the Cando stuff. Very good quality parts.

    Post up some pics of the Hardbody sometime.

    Are you going to leave the topper on the Toyota? It gives it the old school look that I like on that body style.

    yea i have can do arms on the hardbody. i love their product and customer service...they are good people.
    i have quite a few pics of the hardbody in the introduce yourself thread..

    and idk i might keep it i want the old school look..i want to keep stock wheels on it or some other steelies with whitewalls..since its going to be a daily id rather not have low profile tires...the nissan will be getting all the expensive shiny and fancy stuff ...ima keep this one simple

    Good progress man. Looks like a lotta work. I kinda like that pre runner look it had. None the less nice looking truck tho bro!

    I have those A-arms! You'll like them a lot. I recommend getting a good primer and paint on them though, it's a pain to go back and paint them in a year or two when cheap rattle can flakes off...

    yea i like these arms i have them on my nissan! and I'm prob going to paint them for now and powder coat them when i pull my motor to swap the pistons
