Swear if I touch the voltage regulator it will start to click and charge light will intermittently flash. If I turn on the headlight it will stop but come on randomly.
literally started to happen after I cleaned terminals. I’m done and just want that clicking to stop and charging back at 14+volts . I’m stumped on what I should check next. I checked the fusible...

Here's my truck! It seems to be pretty solid mechanically, but will need a lot of attention. I already ordered 4wd front fenders. It might be a while before I find the flares for the rear. I'm hoping to work out most of the other dents, although the hood looks a bit tricky, and I might end up buying new or used. Future plans also include dropping the truck a couple of inches, finding a sweet wheel/tire combo, and doing a lot of work on the interior.
Have a 1991 Longbed pickup with a 22RE running the LCE "tune up" kit and a Doug Thorley header, otherwise stock. Truck had about 132k miles and just recently, it's been making a mechanical grinding or scraping noise.

I've got a stethoscope to try and pinpoint the sound but I can't quite track it. I've pulled all the belts, still there. Pulled the valve cover, t chain and guides look brand new (only 12k miles on em), didn't see any metal shavings in the oil when I pulled the valve...
I've been meaning to tinker with my exhaust for a while - want to change the muffler and need to add clearance over the rear axle so I can lower the truck. Was looking at the rest of the setup and I think I want to redo all after the header so it's more tucked up and not a belly dragger eyesore. My setup: Hedman header, 2.25" pipe, chambered muffler.

Wanted to share this seller PJ Garage for others. He has really good parts and really professional. He operates off Facebook so if you do have interest in any parts but no account maybe you can find a friend or family member to help. It does seem he restocks stuff like tailgates for the rn20's. He is in Thailand and it appears this company PTC Thailand is near Bangkok where he has been shipping out of. So you might be able to get anything from the catalogue but not sure. I've ordered stuff...

Hello All!
I bought my 77 RN23 back in April with intend to fix it up, restore, mod, and just have some fun with it. Here are a few pics of it as when I got it. Right now I'm working on mounting the bench seat that came with it. It doesn't appear to be the original seat, and the seat brackets do not line up with any of the mounting holes. It was just sitting on the floor.
