Need help here, working on this truck as a father son deal. We're lowering it probably 3inches front and 3-4inches in the rear. We're thinking 18s as rim size maybe 19s. My question is whats the best offset, is there a difference in 18 or 19 in rims as far as which size would fit and perform better. What size low pro tire is the best to go with? Any and all suggestion are welcomed, thanks for the help. DJ

19s will cost more for tires compared to an 18. My 18s were a 235/40/18. Now I'm on a 205/40/18 but I'm bagged an bodied so I need the smaller tire

Im just guna say that at full turn a 19x8.5 with a +45 offset will rub on the rod going from the LCA to the frame.

19s are kind of an oddball size and not very common. I'd go with 18s just for a better wheel and tire selection.

    225/40/18 is pretty common.

Need help with offset. What's a good offset? I'm interested in this style wheel. Here's the specs

    •Size: 18"x8"
    •Offset: +40mm
    •Bolt Pattern: Universal 5x100 / 5x114.3
•Finished: Black / Polished Face and Lip
    • Center Bore: 73.1mm
    • Material: Alloy
Would they fit the truck o should I look into something a 0 offset? I also plan on installing the 4x4 fenders if that makes a difference.

I'm reading that a 40 offset might rub, if I go with a 35 will that clear?
