id like to see if a set of these will fit my truck 16x7 but cand find the offset or lug pattern but seems like most fulsize ford wheels fit our trucks
lol. sadly, im the perfect person to reply to this. we have had a bunch of crown vics. 5x4.5 pattern. unfortunatly, if you plan to tuck them...it probably wont happen. or just barely. i test fitted one of the same wheels to my 78 and they stuck way out. might work on an 84-88 though. lemme check referances for offset/backspacing.
well let me know pls. i probally wont go no lower than what the truck is now witch is 3 inch all the way around.
i couldnt find offset info. ill check my storage and see if we still have any of those rim. in the rims defence, nothing wants to tuck on my 78
I wanted a set of those for my 87 300zx. I have cobra R wheels and they seem to fit ok on my 73 truck, 17x9 lol
and thats why they dont tuck. lol. i have some 15x7 meshs on my dodge, and they didnt fit my yota. kinda sucks that nothing will. lol.
haha. im rollin stocks with 65s for now. had 16x7/+40s that barely fit. so yeah, its tough finding wheels. i think i have a line on some 60s mopar steelies. ill have to rehoop them to tuck but it would be a fun project. the dodge is getting widened 300s out back and 16" cop car steelies with a flipped hoop up front. anyways, ill check storage today and see if we still have any of those rims. ill get you a measurement of some sort.
if those are the same as the regals yeah they will fit and may i say it fits nicely. its my friends rims looked WAY better on his truck, but his friend^ borrowed them.
those look siick I really wanded some bbs mesh a while back. 15x7 +0 should tuck just fine in your truck year
well there ya go. id say give it a shot. btw, we dont have any of them for me to get a measurement from.
If you're talking about a buick regal, it would have to be t-type, or grand national from the '80s. I know some of them came stock with mesh wheels, and others had a 10 spoke wheel of sorts. I don't think the bolt pattern is the same, but I could be wrong.
