I am about to start my body drop but looking for some good info on a traditional body drop on our toyotas. I have found a good one for doing channels on a 1993 through minitruckiweb.com and a traditional on a mazda but looking for some good pictures and pointers for the 1993 toyota.

mostly I am not to sure where to cut on the wirewall side of the cab, and what route I should take for the clutch cylinder relocation. Suggestions and pictures would be greatly appreciated.

I think mostly everyone puts the clutch mc under the dash. Theres a write up on it somewhere. Looks fairly simply just some fabricating.

Thanks jetas, i think i remember seeing a write up here somewhere. I will have to look around for it.

Also will I need to modify the motor mounts?

Thanks for the info. I will see how everything lines up and might be asking more questions.

I cut along the floor board near the firewall then went 2.5" above that and cut again left a little for overlap and welded it all up. The body drop was easy. All the other things that go along with it are time consuming

Yeah I have a long boring winter ahead of me so I have some time to get it done. I am just getting some practice at welding for now and get the garage ready for to start. I havent quite decided what to do for the clutch cylinder relocation, I have seen the flip and moving the cylinder up with a longer clutch pedal but not sure which would be more ideal. What has everyone else done and suggest?
