Okey i have a question. The load sensing proportioning valves are often used on vehicles which operate with widely differing rear axle loads, such as wagons and pick-up trucks. As the load on the axle increases, so does the amount of braking force that can be directed to the rear wheels. The load sensing proportioning valve automatically does this by varying the rear brake pressure in relation to vehicle ride height. I have this on my 1978 Hilux , and i will lower the truck soon and will use the lowering blocks. The blocks will higher the axle , so will this have the same effect? If so , how can i prevent it? brakes must take reasonably similar on each wheel when inspected , otherwise i wont get my license plates Thanks!
Cut it off at the frame and just leave a small nub so you can still adjust a little. Or get a T fitting with an adjustment knob. This topic has been brought up many times. Search LSPV
