New daily driver

so i sold my colorado and picked up a p.o.s daily driver,
its a 1979 base model 20r 4 speed i got it from a car dealer ship $650 out the door. lol
it has rust in the fame and floors, interior is shot, some ghetto wiring that still didnt work lol, and some awesome flat black graphics.
i checked all the fluids when i got home and it NO oil!! i drove it about 30 miles lol

i plan on swapping the 20r out ill take it from my project truck, getting the body straight and painting it.

awesome wiring!!!

cool oil cap iv never seen

Nice find. As much as I complain about my 79, I still love it. Since I started daily driving it a couple weeks ago, I have really bonded w/ my P.O.S. Even though the bit@h tried to kill me a couple times.

Your wiring looks like mine

And your interior is in better shape than mine. Mine is on the garage floor. I am making a center council and new fiberglass dash pad.

LOL!

I was actually considering looking at that one today on my way home from work! Looks like you beat me to it!

Did you take the buckets out and put a bench in; I seem to remember bucket seats in the pictures I saw of it...

Well, if you don't want the buckets... Let me know!

I want buckets! :-)

And, it just so happens that the interior/exterior of my truck is blue!
