    Hi friends,

I'll be moving in a couple weeks, and am looking into renting a trailer from Uhaul. I don't have a hitch set up yet, and was wondering how they work out on lowered trucks. I do have extra load rear shocks, but am wondering if the height will be a problem. Will it put too much toe angle on the trailer? will it hit the ground going over bumps, curbs, rough roads?

    thanks!

I've seen drop hitches flipped upside down on lowered trucks to help level out trailers...

In the end, it depends on how the trailer is loaded...it needs to be balanced over the axle of the trailer.

Flip your drop hitch or get one of those adjustable hitch setups. You could also likely use one of those "double hitch" adapters and use the top hole, but less connections is always better.
