I had a 94 toyota and when the ac was on the idle would speed up. Well now I have a 92 and it does the opposite. Its gets so low that sometimes i think its gonna stall. Can anyone tell me the cause and what can I do to fix it. Thanks.

Adjust this while the engine and AC is on.... Not the air screw on the throttle body...

Is that the idle air valve? I was told that the IAV was probably the source of my issue (which is remarkably similar).

adjust the valve, its not set right, its prob too high, causing it to fluctuate at idle with the a/c on:waytogo:

Well I tried adjusting the screw and got nothing. I was told that it maybe the ac idle up solenoid, which cost 140 plus at the dealership. Is there a way to re route the vacuum lines so the engine doesnt bog when the ac is on???
