My dash lights are going out, usually at speeed, not at idle. Along with that my heater cuts from lots of air to hardly any at the same time as the lights, and the stereo flickers and the headlights dim, sounds like a short to me but i dont know what to do.
my stereo would cut out while driving and my truck wouldnt start, i was stuck gettin jumps from everyone everywhere i went till i pulled the wires off the post, cleaned them n no problems since, so try thatbefore anything
turns out it was my ground wire... the ground to the truck is brown, and i think that somewhere along the life of the truck that wire stopped making it all the way to ground for whatever reason, so i bypassed and went straight to the battery now all is good.. thank you for your suggestions.
