Ok, so I made some EGR block of plates, bought some new gaskets for it, ad removed the EGR system. I have a weird fluttering noise on startup and in the first few minutes of driving sometimes. Well... I thought this was the issue. Everything went as planned, but the noise is still there. It's coming from this reed valve thing. So my question is, what the hell is it, and can I remove it. Thanks in advance guys :)

its your air injection system..... just remove all of it.... by that meaning everything connected to it. pretty simple to remove.

Awesome! Last question, the thick rubber hose that goes under the intake.....trace it back or just plug it? I have the V-6 so less room to work with :(

common misunderstanding but its not. the egr and the AIS is two completely individual systems. the egr runs inside the cylinder through a spall port to recirculate some of the gasess spent. the AIS injects air into the exhaust manifold to lean out and burn the rich gas mixture better.
