Now I don't have a air filter on it at this time.. Do u think its due to that..maybe its messing with the intake sensor? Any help is good help..thanks again

No, it sounds like a vacuum leak. The hard part is finding it, but look for any vacuum lines that are pulled off or cracked and split. I've heard of using carb or brake cleaner to find it. Spray one small area at a time and look for a change in the idle, good or bad depending on whether the cleaner burns or not. It may stall out....
But it could get you close to the area if it isn't obvious.

If its an EFI engine, 94, I assume it is, turn the idle speed down.

When it idles it idles good ..its not all the time that it does this just some of the time.. And its not a huge chang in the idle speed it just goes up a lil bit and then comes back down

Do you have a tach? it would be helpful. I'd put money on your idle being set too high and you're hitting fuel cut.

Assuming 22RE: there's an adjuster screw on the side of the throttle body to alter it. when the trucks fully warmed up. (FULLY like 10 miles driving) turn it clockwise till it starts to chug and rattle, then turn it back about 1/8-1/4 turn or till it smooths out. on my truck that ends up about 750-800 rpm idle. If you have a tach, just adjust the screw till it idles at 750. I'm not sure how to adjust it on the V6.

Vacuum leaks with an airflow meter will cause low, rough idle and stalling.
