22r engine bolt torque spec
i am rebuilding my 22r and need some bolt torque spec such as the headbolt and for the valve adjustment thank in advance

You shouldn't be rebuilding an engine without this. All your torque specs are in it.

75 ft lbs for the head bolts and 7 intake 11 exhaust cold or 8 and 12 hot
