idle screw in throtle body 1986 turbo truck

    I just recently bout a 86 turbo with 71000 miles on it, I was looking under the hood today and noticed a bolt somebody has stuck into the throtle body it is leaking air around the screw.I think this is where you adjust the idle, how do I fix this???:confused:

    you can probably find one at a junk yard but if this previous owner foogled the threads on it i would replace the whole thing...... tthat just dont look right :doah:
