I will let you know when I am at it. Right now, I am working the exhaust (moving to a 2.5) Gozoutta first, then Gozinta.

I haven't, but you could use a snorkel adapter and just run flexible hose or bend exhaust tubing to outside air. Or cut the hood and add a spacer between the carb and air cleaner to get fresh air.

Back in the day, I played around with vents from home depot. Reshaping and riviting them back together. Now its easy to get the pipes and collars needed from almost any auto parts store or online. I think a functional hood scoop would look awesome on one of these trucks.

I built my own sealed box that's draws air from two points from outside the engine bay,& use a reverse cone K&N filter.

do you have to use a special insurance company to insure and older vehicle for that dollar amount? Or is it a regular insurance company (ie farmers, state farm, aaa, etc.)?
