So lots has happened the past few years since the lolux was sold.... A wagon, and a sports cpupe came and went... But im back, full strength and one with the force again!! Honestly I gotta thank my hommie adrian for bringin me the mino truckin spirit right back to me with his 87.

Picked up a 92 v6 xcab about a month ago and sure nuff im getting into it and goinn lower, wider, slower than before... Big plans and lower expectations are comin. Here is the truck first day home.

 

since i got the truck ive been working towards getting it low with some nice fat wheels on it.... i came up on some djm arms, blocks and toxic shocks. although i didnt want to lower it untill i got my notch work done from streetacos (beefed taco) but the op came up and i had to swap in my stock parts to the donor truck.

also, i came across a 4runner front bumper, valance, and clears.... while i was there, i snagged a set of 1157 out of the rear harness out of a 4runner and modified the front turn signals to be running lights as well. 4 runner mirrors were also installed.

plans are to go very VERY low.... (around a 7/7 or 8/8 drop) minimal 10" wide wheels. lighting accents... sound system etc...

And thanks for the tip on the bumper lights I was wondering how I was going to get em to come on as driving lights... just ran to pick a part and grabbed a few 4runner 1157 sockets... now to order some 1157 amber LED's

Thanks man... Hey winks... You will have to take a razor blade to the plug notches and cut one skinny one off, and shorten the other one.... Fairly easy mod. Cut and splice your supply for the regular turn signals and tap a + source from the side markers.

 

Sweet thanks man... yeah I ordered the 1157 amber led's so ima wait till those come in and do the mod... thanks for the tip thou... I was thinking of all kinds of ideas I was going to just swap corner with bumper lights but then it leaves you with a blank corner.... your way is a win win :u

 

yup.. i like it.... i need to upgrade to LED's too...

 

Small update... have updated the front end with a 4runner headlight and grill set... some 6k hid set. And slapped in some smaller tires on some 14x7 wheels with a -7 offset and the stock delux hubcaps...
