So with spring on its way its time to get my truck back in the shop. Some of you are like what spring time, shop?? Why didnt you do it over winter. Well Im a wuss and hate the cold so winter is for video games and snowboarding. Anyway back to my truck. Bought my 91 last spring alreay bagged. After poking around at it and showing it off to my buddies I was told it was complete garbage. Nice friends huh. So I am now going to start the process of re-doing everything on this truck to make it better, safer, cooler, and funner. Here are a few pics to remind you all what it currently looks like.

    Rear end tank, bridge, valves
    [IMG]

Laid out wont lay frame so 4 link should fix that also Z frame
    [IMG]

Interior, I installed 4 runner seats Im keeping those but changing up tons inside as well. No more flames
    [IMG]

Front end will be changed up a bit shave corners, diff grille, diff bumper not sure I want to do my tacoma conversion anymore or go something else.

Old rear end. Selling tonneau cover, complete shave tailgate and mold in shave tails and mold in new tails dont know yet but im sure its gonna be LED bars. Also got a rollpan for it as well that will be shaved in.

So anyway I'll keep you all posted. Ordering 4 link today, along with tail fillers. Went scrapping yesterday got some good metal to redo notch, bridge.
Already have rollpan and fabric for interior.

Taking to my dads shop this week to tear it apart. Problem is he lives 45 minuted away from me so not gonna be an everyday thing I work on.

My lowers (lower control arms??) Yah my brother mentioned something like that, Pull the round crossmember under tranny and make a new flat square bar one so the entire frame will lay on ground. He said either way he can do it. My brother will be the one welding everything since I Cant weld crap. He's built a handfull of trucks and they are all still rollin round so I know his work stands. THanks for the info Jeremy, by the way my name is Jeremy too hahha

yeah raise your lower controls arms about and inch and make a new crossmember for under the motor.. you got do the trans one either way... reworking the control arms help because no messing with motor mounts etc.. it will get it to lay within a 1/2" even without a z... alot more work but i thought it seemed alot better in the long run

it actually helped my camber issues... so it might change it but it changed mine for the good... i wouldnt see how its much diff than getting custom uppers that are several inches shorter than stock

Is the existing setup a bag over axle configuration or is it air cylinders? If it is I haven't seen either setup around my parts in years.

First pic shows it this would be considered bag over axle and they are bags not air cylinders

Decided to scrap my tacoma front end and go with an FJ front end (atleast the grille and headlights) Brother found a random bodykit bumper in the barn at his rental house looks like it should fit too. SORRY NO PICS CAMERA BROKE, get my taxes and buying a new one cause I like pictures too.

ALSO-does anyone have some good pics of their truck cantelivered or full back half frame setup??? Ive seen yours Lit and like it but trying to gather more ideas. Thanks
