Picked up this little 92 Single Cab Short Bed with a 22RE and a 5spd.



Plans for the build . . . . .

Complete new interior: Carpet, seats, steering wheel, sound system

Fresh new body/paint: 4wd fenders, body work, blacked out front, and the rest Satin White

Suspension (static drop): Belltech spindles, rear leafs, drop2 shocks, blocks, c-notched frame, etc . . .

Drivetrain: stock

Wheels: this will change constantly!


No surprise but the body needed some work. Both fenders were garbage, hood had dents, bumper grille and valance were toast, and the bed & tailgate needed alot of love.




I decided to replace most of the panels rather than pay the body shop to "fix" it up. So i went on a shopping spree:

New 4wd Fenders
New Hood
New Bumper
New Grille
New Valance
New tailgate





Fenders & hood installed



Grille, bumper, valance have all been refinished in Satin Black and ready for install



Rest of the truck has been body worked





And is now in primer waiting for paint




Paint ordered - Kustom Shop Hot Rod Flatz - Satin White & Satin Clearcoat



And the truck is now over at the paint shop waiting to roll into the booth.


In the meantime . . . . . .

I ordered and picked up a few more items for the build.

New carpet kit - black plush



350Z Seats i picked up from a close friend



New door handles, tailgate handle, mirror, H4 conversion and HIDs



And the real goodies have arrived!

Belltech 3" Drop leafsprings
Belltech Drop2 Shocks



And that is where i sit today. Truck is over at the bodyshop and hope to have it done today/tomorrow.

This weekend will be dedicated to the installion of everything you see here. Along with the new sounds system and wheels and tires (pics to come).

Wow very nice so far man. I wanted to paint my truck the same color. So now i get to see what my truck would look like if i did. Cant wait to see the final results.

Thanks guys. Called the bodyshop and they hope to have it done by this Friday. Hope so, cause ive got a garage full of goodies waiting for it!
