Im taking a 21r out of a 78 toyota thats wrecked and swapping it into my 82. i plan do a static drop as long as some other goodies. im starting to clean up the 82 getting it ready for the motor swap. its a beater but its a start.

update

ive gotta alot done since ive last post! i got the motor in (21R) and its up and running. i just need a exhaust since its open header right now. besides that i got seats out of a 1988 integra. i installed 4 inch drop block and lossened the torsion bolts. this is the lowest i can go with these meaty tires. i have 205/75/14 right now but i plan to to 185/ 60/ 14 or 185/55/14 so i can get lower . after i get the tires i will reindex the torsions and monoleaf the rear. stay tuned! build with be updated alot more from now on!

 

Exhaust?

at the moment im straight piped. and im putting a exhaust on tomorrow. i plan on doing a bozozuku tip (similar to sdyotas). do you guys recommend any exhaust setups. i dont plan on having a cat and im using a stock manifold (21R Engine)

 

thrush turbo muffler

Going stock exhaust manifold straight piped to this thrush turbo muffler. Dropped it off yesterday at the shop to get welded

How do these mufflers sound? Compared to like a flowmaster or the such...
