Thadda-boy......great find. Worth every penny and every drop of sweat you're about to put into her. Congrats.
Very nice truck, best looking old car I've seen for a while. Now here's a question... how many cars do you have?! I've heard you talk about: - A Mustang - Way2High - Your Toyota low rider w/ Caddy lights - An S10 - And this old Hilux
JESUS! THAT MANY! You've got almost double the amount we've got here as a family. Here's our list Dad's - 2002 Ram 1500 SLT (daily driver) - 1969 Charger R/T 440 (not running project, whenever we have time and money) Mom's - 1999 Explorer XLT Mine - 1988 Hilux 4x4 My back up in Orange doesn't count because it's not under our name, but it's a 1995 Rodeo S
i paid $240 for it with a clean title. it has a 18r that ran when parked due to a cracked exhaust manifold, and since then someone stole the alternator. my wife actually paid for this and my 88 4x4, so i think i rate o.k.. i'm kinda thinking it would look good bagged with the paint it has, but it will be a long while. here is a list of cars/trucks i have in the order i got them: 66 ford mustang 64 chevy impala 04 ford mustang 95 chevy s-10 86 yota pickup 79 yota pickup 88 yota pickup 73 yota hilux
D***!!!! She really must love you! Mom would kill my dad if he had even one more car. He wants to get his old single cab Ram back from Magnaflow. He used to work there and sold it to them for Dyno testing. He originally wanted me to sell mine for it, but I'd rather kiss a public toilet seat then get a truck that has worse paint than mine and been Dyno tested 8 years of it's life. He also wants a "powder blue Prius" as Jeff Dunham calls it, but of course, $$$.
i just buy them when they're cheap, the most expensive was the 04 mustang at 18,000, the least exspensive was the 79 yota that was free. all the others excluding the 66 mustang cost $500 or less.
