Hello, all,

I am currently in the process of converting the 75 from a 20R to 22RE and a potential tranny and rear dif swap from a 91. Ive looked through a couple of threads but not much details on the wiring. Any one have any idea on how easy or hard to wire it back up. I have a donor truck that is complete so hope that would make life easier. Also, would the 91 tranny use the same mounts? Motor is out of the 75. Pulling 22RE out wihtin the next 2 weeks. I'll post some pics soon.

 

heh theres some good build ups over on pirate. one i can remember was of Crash rebuilding a Hilux replacing the 20R engine harness and splicing in the 22RE harness to the cab harness to use those components simultaneously

 

Thanks Erick. I finally pulled the 22RE off the donor. I will pull the harness off the 91 this week and will start on the harness. Thanks again for the lead. Will post pictures on my thread soon. Just been too lazy!

Where are the pics? What oil pan did you use ?
